LEPUS – II L CNC Controlled Aluminum Composite Panel Process
The 3-Axis CNC router LEPUS – II and II L is intended for cutting, v-channel grooving and similar operations on various composite panels and plates. Thanks to its unique automatic tool replacement system, the machine reduces set replacement time to 2.5 seconds and minimizes the time loss with tool replacement process. In addition, the machine enables processing of wooden, PVC / vinyl and various materials by replacement of the milling cutter.
GARNET XS4 CNC Controlled Profile Machining Center (4 Axis)
The 4-axis CNC machining center, GARNET XS 4, boasts a versatile spindle that tackles a wide range of materials, including aluminum, PVC, light alloys, and even steel. With its ability to operate between -90° and +90°, the GARNET XS 4 tackles profiles of various sizes. This all-in one powerhouse streamlines milling, drilling, marking, and end milling for diverse materials, excelling at both standard and non-standard operations. An impressive working area of 13 3/8” x 10 1/16” (340 mm x 255 mm) further enhances user experience by enabling efficient processing.
